Build your career with Nexus

  • Opportunities with Nexus

Why did you choose to become a nurse? Or choose a career in healthcare?

We’ve spoken with so many of our team members and asked that question and the origin stories are overwhelmingly similar.

It starts with seeing a family member or loved one receiving care as a patient that was well below what you would expect, and realising that you could do so much better yourself.  You chose to make a difference, one patient at a time.

In your role, you are realising your personal purpose. You are making a difference to someone else’s loved one by providing exceptional care and building trust with your patients and their families. You are providing the care you wished had been given to those you saw suffer many years ago.

Nexus’s purpose is to deliver better healthcare models to all Australians.  That is what energises us as a team and it’s why we exist. Importantly, because of that, Nexus can enable you to connect with your personal purpose.

So if you’d like to remind yourself of why you first started in healthcare and work with like-minded people who thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment, then why not contact us today to explore opportunities for you to continue to make a meaningful difference?

If you are interested in a role at one of our hospitals, please email your details and curriculum vitae to recruitment@nexushospitals.com.au and our Talent Acquisition team will be able to help.

While we appreciate the value and assistance of recruitment agencies from time to time, we do not accept any unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles. Should we need to engage an agency for hard-to-fill roles, we will make contact directly. Thanks for your understanding.
