Credentialling
If you are interested in operating at Pacific Private Day Hospital, you are welcome to book in a tour of our facilities where we can discuss potential operating sessions. We will also send you an Application for Accreditation form and request:
- Your Current Curriculum Vitae
- A copy of your current AHPRA Registration
- Contact details for two referees
- A copy of your current Professional Indemnity Insurance certificate of currency showing:
- Period of insurance
- Amount of cover
- Category of insurance (Please note we do not accept copies of tax invoices, renewal notices or receipt).
- A copy of your Radiation Licence (this is legally required if you intend to operate x-ray equipment)
- Your current COVID Vaccination Status
The Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) reviews all applications once we receive the above information.

Supporting your practice
Our goal is to ensure every aspect of your practice management and patient care is seamless. So we will work with your practice manager to ensure our processes can be integrated into their workflows. We encourage your staff to visit our hospital to see and experience the patient journey first hand.
We will also work with you to configure aspects of our operating theatres to suit your procedures and preferences.
