New Nexus Facility coming to Vermont South

We are very proud to introduce you to Vermont Private Hospital

Being built in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, Vermont Private Hospital is the latest specialist surgical facility for Nexus Hospitals. The hospital’s grand opening is scheduled for September 2016. Vermont Private Hospital has been designed to provide advanced surgical care for patients requiring day or short-stay admission.

In partnership and consultation with some of Melbourne’s leading surgeons, the operating theatre complex will provide a bespoke service for a number of specialties including pain management and spinal neurosurgery, ophthalmology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthopaedic surgery and more.

Located within the landmark new Vermont South Medical Centre at 645 Burwood Highway, Vermont South, the hospital will have four theatres, and offer access to six premium overnight stay beds for applicable patients.. The medical centre will house a raft of primary and specialist medical facilities including an after hours GP clinic, radiology and pathology, specialist rooms, retail pharmacy, optometry and personal training studio.

Vermont Private Hospital is the tenth facility nationally to join the Nexus Hospitals group. We are proud of the high-quality standards of each of our facilities and their exceptional reputation for patient outcomes.

Fully equipped with the latest technology of digital imaging and audiovisual systems, Vermont Private Hospital will combine the latest equipment with expert nursing teams led by nursing managers from some of Melbourne’s leading hospitals.

A range of consulting space options are available for specialist practitioners within the Medical Centre.
