Welcome to our new Hospital Leaders

Nexus welcomes two new hospital managers to the group –  Brooke Morvinson as GM / DON at Canberra Private Hospital, and Dheena Naidoo as GM / DON at Bundaberg Private Day Hospital.

Joining us in Canberra, Brooke Morvinson has over 15 years of clinical and senior management experience, gained in both the public and private healthcare sectors across Australia, Laos, and Madagascar, most recently as the Australia Pacific Region Director of Nursing for International Health Medical Services. This diverse background in clinical and educational roles, as well as experience in working with charitable organisations overseas, make Brooke a competent nurse leader with a passion for human rights and equality.

Dheena Naidoo has been appointed as General Manager / Director of Nursing of Bundaberg Private Day Hospital. Dheena’s nursing career began in South Africa where she attained a Graduate Diploma in Operating Room Nursing Science from Natal College of Nursing. She then worked in New Zealand at the Mercy Ascot Hospital in Aukland for 18 years before relocating to Australia in 2017. Her most recent role was as the CEO / Director of Nursing at Surgicentre Toowoomba, and Deena also holds an MBA.

We welcome Brooke and Dheena to our existing team of highly qualified and passionate hospital managers, and we are proud that we continue to attract such high calibre candidates to the group.
