If you are interested in operating at Canberra Private Hospital please send an inquiry to our General Manager/Director of Nursing, and she can arrange a tour of our facilities. You can email her at email@example.com.
We will then send you an Application for accreditation form, and request your:
- AHPRA Registration
- Certified copies of qualifications and college memberships (if applicable)
- Medical Indemnity insurance Certificate

A full copy of the Canberra Private Hospital By-laws is available on request by email to the Director of Nursing.
Supporting your practice
Once you have been approved by the Medical Advisory Committee, we’ll invite you back to the hospital to meet with the General Manager/Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing and to discuss any requirements to configure the equipment or operating theatres to suit your procedures.
Our goal is to ensure every aspect of your practice management and patient care is seamless. So we will also work with your practice manager to ensure our processes can be integrated into their workflows. We encourage your staff to visit our hospital to see and experience your patient journey first hand.
On your first day with us, you’ll be given a comprehensive tour of all the facilities, introduced to our staff, and provided with a car park swipe access card.
