Marc brings more than 20 years of experience across public and private hospitals, building deep operational knowledge and a genuine commitment to exceptional patient care. Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of facilities and teams, developing a keen eye for systems and processes that elevate the patient and staff experience.
In his role as Operations Director for the Eastern Region, Marc thrives on the opportunity to draw on the lessons of his diverse career. He is passionate about sharing best practice across sites, strengthening the performance of each hospital, and supporting teams through collaboration and clear communication. Central to Marc’s approach is tailoring care to the individual needs of each patient and fostering strong, respectful relationships with the people who make that care possible.
Outside of work, Marc leads an active and family‑centred life. He is currently training for the Sydney Marathon and starts most mornings at the gym to set up his day with a clear head. Much of his downtime is spent with his three children often at sporting or social commitments and he enjoys playing or watching just about any sport. When the opportunity arises, Marc loves getting away for a weekend of camping.
